Position Overview : Key Responsibilities :
Greet customers and assess their needs in a professional, helpful manner
Mix and tint paint to match customer requirements
Maintain product displays, inventory levels, and a clean store environment
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
Support merchandising and store promotions




Assist with stocking shelves and organizing backroom inventory

Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and stand for extended periods
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Interest or experience in paint, hardware, or home improvement is a plus
