We are seeking a dedicated Event Coordinator to join eQuinelle Golf Club. Based in our beautiful location, the Event Coordinator will play a key role in planning and executing events that enhance our guests' experiences and uphold our reputation for outstanding service. Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and coordinate events at the golf club to ensure seamless execution.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored event solutions.
Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, setup, and breakdown.
Work with the GM on event budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
Promote upcoming events through marketing channels and guest engagement.




Provide exceptional guest services during events to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain detailed records of event activities and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, or related fields.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Robust negotiation and customer service abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote events.
Experience with budgeting and financial management.
A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Job Types : Full time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal Contract length: 8 months

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week
