Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities :
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Process payments using the POS system accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Assist with food preparation as needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Requirements :
Previous experience in the food industry is required
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
Willingness to complete sanitation of dishes utensils and bathrooms.
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays when necessary
This position requires you to work all weekends and holidays as required.
