Job Responsibilities

- Sell full range of travel products and services, including airline tickets, tour packages, cruises, and other travel-related services.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customers’ inquiries, and concerns.
- Provide customer service and assist clients throughout the booking process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

- Valid TICO license is an asset.
- Knowledge of Amadeus reservation system is required.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous travel industry experience is an asset.
