The role supports diagnostic imaging administration through patient interaction, telephone communication, accurate work, and confidential information handling. Candidates need required education or an accepted medical terminology and related experience pathway.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support diagnostic imaging clerical activities at Misericordia Health Centre
- Interact effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare colleagues
- Communicate by telephone with a qualified manner




- Work accurately while retaining confidential information
- Assist patients in wheelchairs when physically capable

Requirements:

- Grade 12 or recognized equivalent
- Recognized medical administrative assistant or medical secretary program
- Alternatively, medical terminology and one year related experience
- Keyboard speed of 35 words per minute
- English communication and interpersonal skills
