Support Duncan customers through counter sales, product recommendations, order accuracy, and warehouse coordination at E.B. Horsman & Son.

This full time permanent role serves as the primary contact for incoming branch customers. You will interpret needs, troubleshoot issues, provide quotations, and recommend electrical products and solutions. The work also includes computer systems, inventory, shipments, and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to incoming branch customers
- Interpret customer needs and troubleshoot service issues
- Prepare quotations and recommend products and solutions
- Assemble orders, pack shipments, and process receiving
- Manage inventory, stock keeping, and priority orders

Requirements:

- High school completion
- Three-plus years of customer service experience is an asset
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to communicate inclusively, collaboratively, and respectfully
