Support Mississauga users onsite with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and desktop troubleshooting as the office’s primary IT resource. Work independently while coordinating regional and global technology support.

This IT Service Support position provides Level 1 and Level 2 assistance across the Mississauga office. You will support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, conference room technology, and approved business applications. The work includes service desk ownership, site operations, infrastructure coordination, asset management, and local projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle local IT incidents and service requests through resolution
- Support Microsoft 365, devices, printers, and conference room technology
- Monitor workstations, connectivity, wireless access points, and switches




- Coordinate office moves, upgrades, network changes, and maintenance
- Maintain tickets, documentation, assets, inventory, and user communications

Requirements:

- Legal authorization to work in Canada without restrictions
- High School diploma required
- Seven or more years in IT support roles
- Experience independently supporting a small or medium office
- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Active Directory
