Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to join its Early Intervention Psychosis service in Peterborough as a Care Coordinator (Band 6). The post is a fixed-term contract for 6 months to cover maternity, with a hybrid working model and travel across Cambridgeshire as required.
The CAMEO team delivers holistic, evidence-based care in collaboration with service users, families and partner agencies.
