Use advanced valuation analysis and Excel modeling to assess private equity and infrastructure funds and companies at Ardian.
As an Analyst, you will focus on primary, early secondary, and secondary investments. Your work includes financial projections, transaction modeling, market screening, research, and due diligence across North American and European private equity and infrastructure markets. You will help prepare investment recommendations and reporting materials.
Key Responsibilities: Screen North American and European investment markets
Compile information and conduct investment research
Conduct strategy, team, and performance due diligence
Prepare financial projections and transaction modeling
Prepare reporting presentations for Limited Partners
Requirements: Deep corporate finance understanding
Strong investment opportunity analysis skills
Very strong Excel modeling skills
Solid writing and memo-drafting skills
Organized, motivated, and results-driven approach
Apply rigorous valuation, modeling, and market research skills across Ardian’s private markets investment analysis and reporting.
