This senior position oversees management and administration while supporting Fringe Theatre’s year-round work. The organization cultivates artists, incubates recent theatrical work, promotes artistic exploration, and removes barriers to access.
Key Responsibilities: Provide organizational leadership for Fringe Theatre Adventures
Oversee management and administration of the organization
Collaborate and partner with the Artistic Director
Support year-round cultivation and incubation of artists
Help remove barriers to artistic access
Requirements: Experience in theatre
Experience in community development
Passion for year-round theatrical activity
Interest in supporting artists at all career stages
Commitment to artistic exploration and creative risk
