Shape meaningful donor experiences through planned giving, legacy communications, and stewardship activities supporting parishes, schools, and ministries. The position is full-time.
As Senior Planned Giving Officer, you will help individuals and families express gratitude and serve future generations through charitable gifts. The role supports donor meetings, campaigns, events, prospect research, and administrative coordination. Solid communication, fundraising knowledge, and judgment help connect personal stories with the enduring needs of the Church.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate donor communications, meetings, and follow-up activities
Develop planned giving marketing and stewardship materials
Collaborate on website content and donor stories




Coordinate outreach initiatives to enhance donor engagement
Prepare reports, presentations, and stewardship materials
Requirements: Three to five years’ related fundraising or nonprofit experience
Salesforce or CRM experience considered an asset
Nonprofit, business, or communications education preferred
Fundraising Certificate or CFRE Certification preferred
Commitment to the Church’s mission and Gospel stewardship
Use communication, stewardship, and fundraising expertise to create personal planned giving experiences grounded in trust and mission.
