Apply project management and learning operations expertise as an Assurance Learning Services Specialist with EY in Toronto, working on site.
This 18-month contract supports EY Canada’s Talent Development and Learning team. You will help deliver Assurance learning initiatives, engage stakeholders, and coordinate learning operations. The work spans planning, execution, communications, reporting, and collaboration with external providers across Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Project manage Assurance learning initiatives from planning through execution
Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations
Build relationships with dispersed teams and external providers
Prepare learner communications, newsletters, updates, and SharePoint content
Maintain learning databases and support reporting and analysis
Requirements: Project management experience supporting learning initiatives
Learning operations experience and analytical thinking
Stakeholder engagement skills across geographically dispersed teams
Robust judgment, attention to detail, and quality standards
Availability for occasional early morning or evening commitments
Support EY Assurance learning delivery through project management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and analytical learning operations expertise.
