This senior coordinator supports commercial, institutional, and district energy mechanical contracts. The work includes maintaining project records, tracking deliveries, updating schedules, and coordinating stakeholders. Candidates should understand construction drawings, communicate clearly, and organize competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain logs for shop drawings, RFIs, and project plans
Track equipment deliveries and material orders with suppliers
Assist with project schedules and timeline maintenance
Coordinate approved changes among project stakeholders




Update management on activities and information flow
Requirements: Minimum three years of mechanical construction experience preferred
Post-secondary Mechanical Engineering program or equivalent preferred
Robust written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
Procore experience and valid Class 5 license preferred
Use mechanical construction coordination, Procore, and documentation skills to support Division 15 projects throughout the Lower Mainland.
