As a Product Administration Technician, you provide administrative and discipline-specific technical support to Desjardins components. You assist experienced employees with processes, information management, and data processing. Your work helps units carry out activities, initiatives, and processes according to established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for projects and operational issues
Help prepare technical notes for users and teams
Help practitioners follow procedures and use unit tools




Ensure product and client account controls are followed
Perform event analysis, calculations, and computer system changes
Requirements: General college diploma in a related field
At least one year of relevant experience
Other qualification and experience combinations may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate-advanced English proficiency is required
Bring adaptable decision-making, technical support, and account administration skills to Desjardins product operations and processes.
