This full time Shop Technician Rank 4 supports Toyota Canada’s Product Quality and Service Support team. The position performs mechanical services, repairs, technical support, parts testing, and evaluations for certain Toyota and Lexus models. It also supports safety campaigns, accessories testing, events, and quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical services and repairs on Toyota and Lexus models
Support quality assurance investigations through parts testing and evaluations
Confirm campaign technical instructions for VSCLOC




Test fit accessories and accessory prototypes for ADM
Document services and communicate evaluation outcomes across departments
Requirements: Automotive college or university degree or diploma
Certified Auto Technician license
Toyota or Lexus Master Technician preferred
Five years of related experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and Canadian travel availability
Use automotive repair, testing, communication, and process improvement skills to maintain Toyota and Lexus service standards in Scarborough.
