Community Pharmacy Pharmacists prepare medications accurately while counseling patients and supporting positive customer interactions at Loblaw. This position serves Canadian retail pharmacy customers.
Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacist receives, prepares, and delivers prescriptions accurately and promptly. You will maintain inventory, counsel patients with documentation, resolve requests, and support Loblaw’s Health & Wellness services. The work emphasizes professionalism, communication, leadership, and community-based customer education.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and promptly
Maintain adequate medication and supplement inventory levels
Counsel patients about recent and additional medications




Educate customers through public relations activities and clinics
Resolve patient needs and doctors’ requests positively
Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
Class A Pharmacist license required
Superior customer relations and professionalism
Leadership and performance management skills
Community marketing, communication, and problem-solving experience
