You will lead elicitation, documentation, prioritization, and change management for complex requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements interviews and working sessions
Manage evolving requirements, prioritization, and change management
Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
Serve as requirements contact for SMEs and delivery partners
Maintain clarity, alignment,



and traceability throughout delivery
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Four to six years supporting project or program delivery
Experience leading end-to-end requirements elicitation and management
Robust facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
