This Roofer role focuses on installing, repairing, or replacing four-ply and single-ply commercial roofing systems. Work includes industrial, institutional, and commercial buildings, using modified plastics, elastomeric, or asphaltic composition materials. Responsibilities also cover vapor barriers, insulation, and roofing paper.
Key Responsibilities: Install or replace TPO, EPDM, and PVC roofing systems
Install vapor barriers and insulation on flat roof decks
Seal seams across vapor barriers and insulation layers
Cut roofing paper to required sizes using knives
Nail or staple overlapping roofing paper strips
Requirements: Commercial roofing installation, repair, or replacement experience
Ability to work with waterproof sheet roofing materials
Ability to install systems across varied building sectors
Skill using knives for roofing paper preparation
Ability to nail or staple roofing paper securely
