Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, this advisor supports the design, administration, and evolution of business-aligned programs. The work spans compensation analysis, market benchmarking, perks administration, and leave management. You will help deliver equitable practices across ALDO and Call It Spring.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct compensation analyses and job evaluations
Analyze market survey data and salary competitiveness
Recommend pay actions for hires and promotions
Administer benefits and follow up on employee cases
Manage leave cases with providers and managers
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum five years of compensation and benefits experience
Experience with benchmarking and compensation recommendations
Advanced Excel and strong HRIS aptitude
Strong analysis, accuracy, communication, and relationship skills
