This Human Resources Generalist delivers core HR services throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include investigations, performance guidance, change management, onboarding, payroll support, leave coordination, and talent acquisition. The position partners with site leadership and the Canadian HR team to address workforce trends and support company objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage employee relations investigations under company policies
Guide leaders through change management and workforce communication
Identify turnover, engagement, and leadership risks proactively




Ensure compliance with employment laws and company requirements
Support compensation, advantages, and employee issue resolution
Requirements: Human resources experience in employee relations support
Knowledge of employment compliance requirements
Ability to coach supervisors and managers
Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes
Ability to collaborate with site and Canadian HR teams
Use employee relations, compliance, coaching, and change management skills to support Kingston employees and leaders at Latham.
