As a Production Planner, you will manage production planning at the site while supporting Hilton standards for customer service, cost control, and material optimization. The work spans long- and short-horizon planning, forecasting, material planning, and stock management. You will communicate planning data across relevant departments and report to the Planning manager.
Key Responsibilities: Create long- and short-horizon production plans
Verify Macro Planner and Scheduler parameters and KPIs
Confirm materials arrive in required quantities and timing




Reschedule production across lines and sequencing
Track production progress, results, capacities, and service levels
Requirements: Proven experience in planning
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or retail
Experience using ERP systems
Ability to use Quintiq applications and procedures
Cross-training in material or primal planning
Apply production planning, ERP, forecasting, and material coordination skills to support Hilton Foods Canada’s site operations.
