Job Summary

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient cash handling.
Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.
Engage in merchandising activities to maintain an appealing store layout.
Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while managing inventory levels.
Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries over the phone.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.




Solid customer service skills with a focus on communication and relationship building.
Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
