This Baker position supports COBS Bread standards alongside Bakers, the Baking Team Manager, and Production Manager. You will learn Bowl, Bench, and Ovens responsibilities while helping meet customer demand. The position offers full training, with baking experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Produce bread meeting COBS Bread quality and range standards
Coordinate timely production with the bakery management team
Cross-train across Bowl, Bench, and Ovens areas
Assist with stock rotation and customer service
Support bakery teamwork and protected operating standards

Requirements:
Previous baking experience preferred but not essential
Availability for overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts
Ability to work 30 to 40 hours weekly
Ability to lift 25 kilograms waist high
Own transportation and willingness to complete a talent demonstration
