Job Description: Under the direction of the primary health care manager, the home care palliative nurse provides skilled nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, rehabilitative, and emotional needs of the client in accordance with policy. The home care palliative nurse is in charge of nursing assessment and delivery for clients.
