Lead offensive security for Varicent’s AI-enabled products, cloud settings, and applications while shaping security validation at scale. This hands-on director role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership.As Director of Offensive Security, you will define the program roadmap and reduce security risk across Varicent. You will oversee penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability management, and AI security validation. The role requires partnership with Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, and Legal teams.Key Responsibilities:

10+ years of Information Security experience5+ years in Offensive Security and 3+ years in Development or EngineeringExperience leading offensive security programs in SaaS and cloud environmentsExpertise in penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability managementExperience with APIs, web applications, containers, and AI technologiesBring offensive security leadership, AI testing expertise, and risk-based judgment to Varicent’s evolving security program.
