Investigate shipboard defects and Technical Document Package issuesLiaise with OEMs, Service Providers, and ship staffDevelop Job Instructions and Statements of WorkSupport Engineering Changes, Deviations, Waivers,



and ship surveysProvide technical advice for marine system operation and maintenanceRequirements:
Canadian Red Seal or Military QL5 certificationMinimum five years’ marine or offshore technical experienceKnowledge of marine system maintenance, operation, design, or troubleshootingStrong oral and written communication skillsEligibility for Controlled Goods and NATO Secret clearanceSupport naval marine systems in Victoria through technical investigations, engineering changes, defect resolution, and transparent stakeholder communication.
