Build controls for large-scale AI data center infrastructure programs.As Manager of Supply Chain Governance & Assurance, you will establish end-to-end processes, standard operating procedures, policies, and risk-management mechanisms. The position supports compliance, audit readiness, supplier assurance, and continuous improvement across the Data Center Supply Chain team. You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, suppliers, and project stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce supply chain policies, procedures, controls, and ownership modelsMaintain governance documentation, supplier records, KPI definitions, scorecards, and reportingLead business reviews and track supplier corrective actions through closureCoordinate supplier onboarding, due diligence,



assessments, and assurance programsIdentify process risks and implement mitigation and improvement actionsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, finance, or related fieldSix or more years in supply chain, governance, operations, finance, or process improvementExperience in data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, or large-scale construction strongly preferredKnowledge of sourcing, procurement, stakeholder management, and governance programsStrong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsApply supply chain governance, supplier assurance, and compliance expertise to SB Energy’s growing data center infrastructure portfolio.
