As a technician, you’ll drive a company truck, service customer homes daily, and provide lawn care services including fertilization, weed control, and insect treatments — all while working independently and as part of a supportive, high-energy team.
What You’ll Do
Working independently to deliver professional lawn care services to residential customers
Diagnosing and correcting lawn health issues
Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
Participating in industry and company training programs
Engaging in quarterly team social events
Drive a company truck
Perform fertilization, weed control, and insect treatments
Provide professional customer service
Pay & Perks
$20-$25/hour + production and sales incentives

What We’re Looking For

Valid Class 5 license with clean abstract
Comfortable with technology

Schedule
Monday-Friday
40 hours/week
Some Saturdays during peak periods
Full-time only (no part time availability)
