The work spans pensioner onboarding, client data management, third-party administration, contract support, and end-to-end risk controls. You will collaborate with internal partners and govern external providers.Key Responsibilities:
Design PRT administration processes, controls, service standards, and governance routinesOversee vendors supporting onboarding, calculations, payroll, and customer servicingLead negotiations, service frameworks, scorecards, escalations, and reportingEstablish data reconciliation, proof of life,
