This is a full time position.As a Senior Project Architect, you will guide projects from development through close-out while balancing design intent, budgets, schedules, and technical requirements. Healthcare, education, federal, and laboratory environments are emphasized, with collaboration across architects, planners, designers, and technical experts.Key Responsibilities:
Direct multidisciplinary teams throughout complete project lifecyclesDevelop work plans defining scope, resources, schedules, and budgetsReview architectural documents for interdisciplinary conflictsOversee drawings, reports, specifications,
and quality proceduresCoordinate authorities, stakeholders, consultants, and project teamsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or closely related fieldMinimum ten years of experienceRegistered Architect designationProficiency using Autodesk Revit and related toolsExperience preparing architectural contract documents and specificationsBring registered architectural leadership, Revit proficiency, and project coordination expertise to HDR’s complex community-serving settings.
