Key Responsibilities:
Complete move-in, move-out, and vacant-unit turnover cleaning
Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors
Clean cabinets, drawers, closets, appliances, and detailed surfaces




Complete final walkthroughs and take clear completion photos
Report damage, maintenance concerns, and cleaning limitations

Requirements:
At least two years of paid qualified cleaning experience
Experience with deep cleaning or similar turnover work
Reliable vehicle, cleaning supplies, equipment, and suitable smartphone
Ability to work independently and follow property instructions
Basic English, solid detail, reliability, and punctuality
