Work spans pre-construction through post-construction delivery.As Project Manager, you will oversee construction activities from pre-construction to completion. The work combines project coordination, cost reporting, scheduling, contract software, and client communication. You will collaborate with Superintendents, Owners, Architects, subcontractors, and internal teams while supporting project progression.Key Responsibilities:
Provide construction management from design through project completionCoordinate project budgets and schedules with the SuperintendentPrepare tender packages and trade subcontractsMonitor cost reports, forecasts, estimates,



and positive cash flowLead meetings and report progress or escalated risksRequirements:
Construction degree or diploma, or equivalent technical trainingFive years of construction experience or equivalent experienceProject Manager experience in institutional or commercial constructionKnowledge of scopes, scheduling, project management, and contract softwareAbility to mentor, delegate, and maintain robust client relationsBring construction management, cost forecasting, scheduling, and client communication expertise to EllisDon’s project delivery teams.
