Reporting to the Controller, the Job Cost Analyst manages project financial information from award through closeout. The work covers budgeting, forecasts, WIP analysis, billing, month-end reporting, and profitability. Collaboration includes Project Managers, Operations, Estimating, Finance, Procurement, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee job costing and allocate project costs accurately
- Review budgets, forecasts, profitability, and project variances
- Manage progress billings, invoicing, collections, and aging reports
- Prepare financial rollups, project summaries, and reporting packages




- Strengthen controls and optimize Jonas system utilization

Requirements:

- Three to five years of construction job costing experience
- Accounting, Finance, Business, or Construction Management diploma or degree
- CPA designation or progress toward CPA strongly preferred
- Percentage-of-completion accounting and WIP reporting experience
- Jonas or similar construction ERP experience
