The Director of Fund Development guides marketing, publicity, branding, and revenue development for productions and events. The position manages annual giving, major fundraising, planned giving, sponsorship, foundation, individual, and grant activities. It also supports TheatreK and the Centre’s broader community profile.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise directors on marketing and publicity strategies
- Guide branding across organizational communications
- Plan annual major fundraiser and giving campaign
- Create endowment and planned giving campaigns
- Steward sponsors, funders, and stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years progressively responsible fundraising experience
- Particular experience in sponsorship fundraising
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Financial, budgeting, research, and organizational abilities
