Deliver accurate financial transactions and member support as a Member Service Representative with Access Credit Union. Build relationships through advice-based service.

This fixed-term MSR position serves existing and potential members through skilled branch support. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loans, utility payments, money orders, foreign exchange, and cheque cashing. The role also promotes Access Credit Union products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process over-the-counter financial transactions efficiently and professionally
- Balance ATM, night deposits, and cash drawer daily
- Resolve routine member account and deposit instrument problems
- Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and email
- Safeguard cash and negotiable items while preventing fraud

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year customer or member service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate, detail-oriented approach to financial transactions
- Proficient computer skills and policy adherence
