The Rocky Mountain Co-op seeks a Night Building Assistant to help enforce building rules and communicate policies to residents. You will monitor access after 11:00pm, issue guest passes when permitted, and keep an accurate night log of duties performed.
Responsibilities include hourly walkthroughs, reporting maintenance concerns, and assisting the Housing Manager with policy breaches while performing custodial duties as required.
