As a Breakfast Host or Hostess, you will deliver attentive guest service while managing the restaurant table management system. The position involves reservations, demand management, and maximising revenue per available seat per hour. You will work within the voco Oxford Spires hotel team, supporting a welcoming breakfast experience. The role suits someone confident, service-focused, and comfortable leading others in a busy restaurant or bar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the restaurant table management system
- Handle reservations for efficient seating management
- Maximise revenue per available seat per hour
- Deliver first-rate guest service through high-quality work
- Handle guest queries and complaints
Requirements:
- Two years' waiter or bartender experience in busy restaurants or bars
- Experience leading small teams
- Knowledge of Micros Simphony and OpenTable Pro advantageous
- Confidence and natural leadership capability
- Other POS and TMS experience essential
