As a Child Care Worker, you will oversee services for children in Tikinagan’s care. The work follows a model centered on everyone working together to raise children. Candidates should bring interest in working with children and youth, Indigenous cultural knowledge, and basic communication skills. Family-raising, childcare, or small remote community experience is relevant.

Attend required training
Travel as required
Requirements: Interest in working with children and youth
Knowledge of and lived Indigenous cultural experience
Basic verbal and written communication skills
Personal time management and confidentiality
Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain one
