Lead technical recruiting for Fours in a hybrid Vancouver model, using proactive sourcing and candidate relationship building across APAC and Canada.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will own full-cycle hiring for engineering, QA, product, and other technical functions. You will partner with founders and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruiting strategies. The work supports Fours’ growing technical teams across APAC and Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Own technical recruiting from sourcing through offer and close
Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies
Source and engage technical talent across functions
Build pipelines through networking, referrals, and recruiting tools
Manage interviews and deliver consistent candidate experiences
Requirements: Three-plus years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Experience hiring across Canada and APAC
English and Mandarin bilingual communication skills
Robust sourcing, assessment, and candidate communication skills
Ability to manage multiple searches independently
Bring full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, and candidate assessment expertise to Fours’ expanding technical teams across APAC and Canada.
