This Talent Acquisition Specialist role supports Alberici's construction workforce through complete recruitment cycle management. You will attract professionals, promote the company brand, and develop recruitment marketing strategies that support talent attraction and retention. The role includes candidate communication, hiring Manager coordination, assessments, offers, onboarding, and HR orientation, with hybrid work available after six months.
Key Responsibilities: Post openings and manage recruitment through employee onboarding
Serve as candidates' primary recruitment journey contact
Schedule pre-employment and developmental assessments




Deliver offer letters and conduct new hire HR orientation
Develop and audit job descriptions for position requirements
Requirements: Direct recruiting experience managing all recruitment phases
Construction industry recruitment experience preferred
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related education
Experience using sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter
Adaptability under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines
Use construction recruitment, sourcing, and candidate communication skills to support Alberici's growing qualified workforce.
