Key Responsibilities: Assess residential sites before precast installations
Coordinate preparation with managers and subcontractors
Identify errors, obstacles, and improvement areas
Perform basic general labour when necessary
Address structural or aesthetic inspection concerns
Requirements: Previous residential construction experience
Concrete or precast experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Above-average time management and independent work abilities
