As Materials and Inventory Control Supervisor, you will oversee inventory, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities. The position requires manufacturing inventory management experience, leadership, ERP knowledge, and robust problem-solving. You will support production schedules, customer requirements, safety, and operational performance through effective departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Lead inventory, shipping, receiving, and logistics operations
Maintain accuracy through inventory controls and cycle counts
Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions




Monitor KPIs and improve warehouse processes
Coach team members and champion workplace safety
Requirements: Manufacturing inventory management experience
Three to five years of leadership experience
ERP experience, preferably Syteline or IFS
Strong inventory control and logistics knowledge
Advanced problem-solving and Microsoft Excel skills
