As Soft Services Supervisor, you will coordinate cleaning, catering, reception, waste management, landscaping, pest control, and other non-technical services. You will guide Site Facilities Teams across one or more sites while supporting effective service delivery. The position requires enhanced national security clearance before employment begins.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily delivery of soft facilities management services
Inspect sites and complete audits to maintain quality
Manage and schedule the Periodic Task Programme
Ensure services meet agreed standards and KPI parameters




Guide Cleaning, Facilities, Hospitality, and Reception Assistants
Requirements: Enhanced national security clearance before employment begins
Workplace or commercial cleaning supervision experience advantageous
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Positive customer service and communication abilities
Ability to read and speak English safely
