The work includes consultation, coaching, coordination, recommendations, and strategic direction on varied human resource functions.
Key Responsibilities: Provide proactive consultation and recommendations to organizational leaders
Advise on employee and labor relations matters
Support investigations, performance management, grievances, and conflict resolution




Interpret collective agreements and related human resource policies
Engage specialists and Centres of Expertise when required
Requirements: HR Advisor or Generalist experience
Robust understanding of employee and labor relations
Knowledge of performance and ability management
Experience supporting unionized and non-union employees
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
Apply HR consultation, employee relations, and workforce expertise while supporting Alberta Health Services clients in Fort McMurray.
