Supervise manufacturing teams in Surrey with coaching, accountability, and daily performance management across a defined value stream. This IEM role requires 100% in-office presence.
The Operations Supervisor leads Team Leads and Operators while partnering with the Operations Manager on constraints, continuous improvement, and work-center flow. You will help teams meet safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, takt time, and schedule expectations. Success requires collaboration with Planning, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Coach and evaluate Team Leads and Operators daily
Foster accountability, safety, and teamwork across production teams
Ensure adherence to build schedules and takt time




Lead Tier 2 daily management meetings
Enforce safety, 5S, standard work, and operational policies
Requirements: Experience with coaching and performance management
Conflict resolution and feedback capability
Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and visual factory principles
Root cause analysis skills using structured methods
Ability to prioritize production activities
Bring people leadership, production scheduling, safety practices, and performance coaching to IEM’s Surrey manufacturing operations.
