Key Responsibilities: Provide insurance advice across property, casualty, travel medical, and auto products
Handle quotes, amendments, inquiries, and policy changes
Explain coverage differences, limitations, providers, and packages
Process payments, endorsements,



documents, and cash balancing
Support first call resolution and customer retention
Requirements: Minimum three years related insurance industry experience
General Insurance License Level 2 or higher, or working towards
