This Personal Banking Associate position serves customers with day-to-day advice needs and financial queries. You will understand customer needs, resolve banking problems, and connect customers with the right contact. The work includes recent accounts, investment advice, digital banking education, and frontline transaction support.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers through advice, transactions, and problem resolution
Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking




Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
Recommend improvements to branch operations and customer experience
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Obtain IFC or equivalent within six months post-appointment
Related post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Strong customer communication, organization, and time management skills
