Lifemark seeks a physiotherapist in Windsor to improve mobility through personalized rehabilitation plans and patient education. The schedule is 37.5 hours weekly.
This physiotherapist role supports Lifemark’s patient-first rehabilitation services across Canada. You will empower individuals to overcome challenges, pursue health goals, and manage recovery with practical guidance. Collaboration, mentorship, digital documentation, and career development are central to the described work.
Key Responsibilities: Educate patients and families about recovery and self-management
Create evidence-informed plans for individual rehabilitation goals
Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers for optimal outcomes
Mentor and provide leadership when assigned




Maintain workflow using e-charting and digital communication
Requirements: Compassionate communication and clear listening skills
Ability to thrive in collaborative, team-oriented environments
Enthusiasm for mentoring and sharing clinical knowledge
One to two-plus years outpatient LTC experience preferred
ADP authorization is an asset
