RXO seeks a Last Mile Operations Supervisor to direct daily group activities and support associate productivity. You will coordinate assignments, monitor equipment and supplies, reconcile merchandise, and address substandard performance. Microsoft Office experience and transportation knowledge are required for this full time position.
Key Responsibilities: Assign daily work activities across the operating group
Monitor tools, materials, supplies, and equipment availability
Guide associates through housekeeping requirements
>Ensure adherence to safety procedures and programs
Perform inventory monitoring and merchandise reconciliation
Requirements: Five years of logistics or transportation experience
Two years supervising associates or teams
Microsoft Office experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Bring transportation supervision, inventory control, and associate coaching skills to RXO’s onsite Winnipeg last mile operation.
