Lead electrical design delivery at Worley, applying layout expertise and team coordination across small to medium-sized projects. This is a full time individual contributor position.
As Lead Electrical Designer, you will guide electrical design activities for multidisciplinary engineering projects. You will deliver drawings and models, coordinate designers, and support Electrical Engineers. Your work serves energy, chemicals, mining, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead electrical layouts, routing, and installation drawings
Coordinate cable tray, conduit, lighting, and grounding layouts
Review deliverables for quality, constructability, and compliance
Assign work and monitor schedule and budget progress




Coordinate interdisciplinary design reviews and model coordination
Requirements: Diploma or degree in electrical design or related discipline
Extensive electrical design experience in industrial project environments
Experience leading small to medium-sized design teams
Proficiency with AutoCAD, SmartPlant, AVEVA E3D, Revit, or similar
Knowledge of CSA, NEC, IEC, and client standards
Bring electrical layout, design leadership, and coordination expertise to Worley’s multidisciplinary industrial projects across diverse sectors.
